Incident Report for Network & Infrastructure
Resolved
The router reflector has crashed.

We are investigating.

Update(s):

Date: 2013-07-15 10:10:26 UTC
Following the RF1 route-reflector crash last week, we launched updates of our RFs in EU (https://status.ovh.co.uk/?do=details&id=5020).
RF2 and 3 were already running the new image but as for RF1, the router crashed this morning as we were preapring the update (!).
So we have terminated the upgrade process and it is now running on the new version like the others. Thanks to the measures taken last week, there was no major impact on the traffic this time. Only a few customers have identified the prob and we will fix it in the next few minutes to avoid any further problems.

It has crashed again.

To prevent the issue from reoccurring, we have adapted the BGP filters on the RF-3 to provide redundancy on all announces.
