Update(s):

Date: 2011-09-24 23:36:31 UTC
We blocked the acces for all the IPs that are used for the interco routers.
The attack is blocked. No problems anymore.

Date: 2011-09-24 23:05:42 UTC
Same problem again on other intercos.

Date: 2011-09-22 15:41:38 UTC
It is weird. It seems to be an attack.

Hmm ... let's put the private IPs which are not
accessible from the internet for this interco

vss-5a-6k(config-if)#ip address 192.168.200.0 255.255.255.254
% Warning: use /31 mask on non point-to-point interface cautiously
RP/0/RSP0/CPU0:rbx-g2-a9(config-subif)#ipv4 add 192.168.200.1 255.255.255.254

it is up and the problem is no longer present.. !?

another channel port causes the problem. As if it comes with the
ipv6. We are still looking for the origin of the problem.

Date: 2011-09-22 15:15:08 UTC
It seems impossible to find out the origin of the problem.
We have changed the IP for this interco
and it sounds better. There is still a little more somewhere.
not necessarily this one.
that is not a problem, we will find it another day.
